A: Two Years
Q: How do you back up images?
A: Multiple ways! SD card/hard drives, and clouds!
Q: How will the photos be delivered?
A: Once the photos are ready, you will receive a link via email that will take you to your own private photo gallery. From here, you can view each album and create a favorites list and purchase products.
Q: When will the photos be ready?
A: Photos will be ready anywhere from 2-6 weeks after the event.
Q: What if you get sick and you can not make it?
A: We have back up photographers to fill in. We understand how important it is to be there to capture your special day.
Q: Do you get prints, digital files, and/or print releases in your package?
A: You may, it depends on your package. During our consultation we will introduce you to all of your options as far as packages and a la carte.
Q: Will you post my images online or share to the public in any way?
A: We will never share your images without proper consent. You will have the opportunity to grant permissions before your session, and again after you receive your final images. In our experience, after the final images have been revealed, people tend to change their mind regarding their permissions. However, you do not have to update permissions at all.
Q: Do you only take posed pictures?
A: Supercool Shotz understands the magic in the moment. We strive to catch memories through our lenses that will last a lifetime in your photobook! While we do follow a guide for standard poses/scenes to capture, we pride ourselves on catching those little moments that happen when you think no one is watching. You will get all of the poses/scenes you would like, with a ton of candid images as well!
Q: Do you show up the day of the event or help prepare leading up to the event?
A: While we are not wedding planners, we will be in communication leading up to the event. We believe it is important to get to know you. You are more than a date on a calendar! Getting to know you will help us capture even better moments!
